Meet Cynthia

Cynthia opened Pawfection in 2013 because she saw a gap in Plattsburgh -- pet owners wanted a groomer who actually cared, not a conveyor belt. Twelve years later, dogs still pull their owners through the front door. She grooms everything from nervous rescue cats to the two golden retrievers that treat every visit like a spa vacation. The difference here is simple: your pet gets individual attention, not a rush job.
